With a PhD in semiconductor physics and over 15 years of experience in Medtech and Biotech, Eli brings a unique blend of deep scientific knowledge and practical industry insight. Her career has spanned early-stage innovation to late-stage commercialization, with a consistent focus on transforming complex technologies into impactful medical solutions. She specializes in bridging the gap between scientific discovery and real-world application — moving ideas from the bench to the bedside.

Eli’s core expertise lies in product innovation and delivery, analytical performance validation, and the full lifecycle of medical device development. She has led high-performing, cross-functional teams through design transfer, manufacturing scale-up, and technical problem solving in both startup and established environments. She has also conducted multi-center Phase I–III clinical trials, ensuring rigorous evaluation and compliance while advancing novel therapeutic and diagnostic technologies.

In addition to hands-on technical leadership, she contributes strategically at the executive level—supporting business development, regulatory strategy (FDA, IVDR, ISO 13485), and technology evaluation. Eli provides thoughtful, practical support that empowers organizations to navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.
