Ken Huening

Ken, with over 40 years of experience, is a seasoned leader excelling in automotive, military business development, quality management systems, reliability, and failure analysis. His operational strategy focuses on instilling discipline in supply chains and internal processes to drive cost efficiency, consistent quality, and predictable cycle times. Starting as a FA Engineer, he honed his skills in identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures. Joining Maxim Integrated Products in 1983, he swiftly ascended to a VP position within a decade, spearheading solutions and enhancements across various functions.

 

At Maxim, his oversight extended to QA, FA, REL, Doc Control, Shipping, Customer Service, Strategic Accounts, IT, Samples/Literature, Tape & Reel, and CSP wafer bumping. Transitioning to Skyworks, Ken played a pivotal role in orchestrating a significant Quality Image transformation with their primary client. He also facilitated critical milestones at NextInput and Aquantia, culminating in their successful acquisitions by Quorvo and Marvell, respectively.

 

Ken's contributions extend beyond leadership, boasting 4 patents in semiconductor packaging technology and 3 commercial patents for innovative solutions. His educational background includes a BSEET from DeVry Phoenix and an MBA from Pepperdine, underpinning his practical experience with a strong academic foundation.
