Rex Felton

Rex Felton brings >30 years of experience in global semiconductor and automotive manufacturing to Soundside. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Wolfspeed, overseeing fab operations, planning, and quality, and led the construction and startup of the company’s 200 mm silicon carbide fab in Mohawk Valley, NY. Before Wolfspeed, Rex served as Vice President of Powertrain Electronics Operations at Delphi Technologies, with responsibility for powertrain electronics and electrification manufacturing. His earlier leadership roles at Texas Instruments included responsibility for three Dallas wafer fabs and the company’s wafer fabrication, assembly, and test operations in Chengdu, China.
